Where We Are
If you arrive by train at the Santa Maria Novella railway station, you are within easy walking distance of the Palazzo - less than a ten-minute walk along Via della Scala in the direction of Piazza S.M. Novella. Opposite our Palazzo is the well-known Antica Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di S. Maria Novella, the ancient pharmacy which since 1612 has been frequented by royalty and is famous for its very fine Florentine herbal products and perfumery.
WE ARE HAPPY TO INFORM THAT WE HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED A LIFT.
If you arrive by car, as soon as you enter our section of Via della Scala, a ZTL (restricted traffic area) video surveillance camera will take a photo of your car and licence plate. Garages are the only entities entitled to notify the Municipal authorities and request cancellation of the virtual fine received at the telematic entrances. Notifications cancel only those fines received at the entrance of the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and not sanctions for any other road traffic offences (fast lanes, pedestrian areas, etc. etc.)
We therefore advise you to park your car in the “Garage International”, with which we have agreed a special price for our clients.

The Garage is situated in Via Palazzuolo, just a short walk from us.
If you arrive by plane, a shuttle service that runs every half-hour will bring you from the airport to S. M. Novella railway station; alternatively there is a convenient taxi service (approximately a 15 minute ride).
When you arrive in Via della Scala 21, just press the BELLEVUE HOUSE bell (our main accommodation structure is on the 3rd floor, where you will find our reception desk). We will come down and accompany guests to the room they have booked on the first floor of our Palazzo Riblet Historical Residence. Check-in formalities will be carried out at the reception desk on the 3rd floor (obviously only one guest need be present with documents, if the rest of the family prefers to remain in the Residence). On arrival, we shall be pleased to provide guests with a map of the city and supply information on museums, the main tourist attractions and an up-to-date list of events which we receive daily from Florence Municipal Authorities.
Based on our principle “hospitality begins even before the guest arrives”, we contact our guests before arrival with all information regarding our structure and the city in general, offering them the possibility of booking tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia.
